Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP)

E.M.I.R. Healing Center’s Victim Services Coordinators advocate for the families of our community in many ways. Families that have suffered a loss to due homicide may be eligible for reimbursements from VCAP of up to $6500.00. We assist our families with completing and submitting their applications.
